We understand the pressures created by a busy schedule and what everyday life can throw up. If you are a professional or someone in a position of responsibility, we work closely with you to ensure your matters are handled with the utmost care and sensitivity.
With that in mind, we are able to meet you at a time and place convenient to you Monday to Friday and often with sufficient notice the same day. If you have been landed with a last-minute investigation or court hearing, we can assist by offering emergency cover to ensure you land on your feet. In exceptional cases, we will make every effort to meet you over the course of a weekend, whether this means contingency planning or to assess the legal issues that arise in your case. We also like to ensure accessibility where it is not possible to physically meet; for example, we offer legal advice also via Skype or Facetime. We have a dedicated team of Legal Advisors and Solicitors on hand if you are arrested and detained at the police station. We charge a fixed fee for our time for representing you at the station, so you need not worry unnecessarily over spiralling legal bills at the end of a protracted and lengthy police investigation. While we do not offer Legal Aid or Free Legal advice through the police station Duty Scheme, we take every step to ensure we are going above and beyond what you might expect to receive otherwise. We also deal proactively with all matters so that if you are taken to court, you can rest easy that we will act quickly to ensure your best interests are served from the initial point of contact.
We are also required from time to time to deal with public figures or people in the public eye. This requires careful planning and a level of dedication to ensure that we take care of your interests properly. We work with you throughout to avoid reputational or other damage that might otherwise negatively impact your business and interests. We like to go further depending on your financial circumstances and can ensure that a more bespoke service is provided tailored to your needs. Whether this involves one lawyer with conduct and a court advocate or a team with which to disseminate all of the legal points, including direct involvement from leading Counsel, we are on hand to help.
